Last week, Alex Kelloff, candidate for U.S. Congress, launched the ‘By The People Tour’ across Colorado’s 3rd District. The ‘By the People Tour’ stops will not be your typical political events. It will be a series of workshops across the district where neighbors come together, build community, and have a role and voice in writing the plan we want for our future.
Kelloff is one of two Democrats seeking the nomination to take on the winner of the Republican Party primary election.
The Tour makes a stop in Pagosa Springs at The Studios, 550B Hot Springs Boulevard, tonight, Monday May 11 at 5pm.
“We’re the people who pay the bills, build daring things for Colorado, show up for our neighbors, and keep our communities running,” said Kelloff. “Nobody knows what our communities and our families need better than us.
“But nobody in Congress ever bothers to ask. It’s time for that to change. I’m sitting down with people all over the district so I can fight for us when I get to Congress.”
