LETTER: Does the School District Have a Plan B?

I am thoroughly enjoying Mr. Hudson’s informative editorial series on school funding.

Unfortunately, I think it unlikely that our voters will approve the relatively large property-tax increase (even assuming a large BEST grant) that the new-school bond issue would require.

I hope that ASD has a Plan B if the bond initiative is unsuccessful, and I hope this plan is to be covered in the Post’s school-funding editorials.

As always, thanks for the valued service to Pagosa Country.
