Archuleta School District has launched a new “Facilities Journey” webpage designed to help families, staff and community members better understand how the district arrived at the proposed plan for a new pre-kindergarten through eighth grade (PK–8) school and what comes next.
Community members are encouraged to explore the interactive map and learn more about the facilities journey at this website.
“This webpage was created to help make information about the process accessible, transparent and easy to explore,” said Superintendent Rick Holt. “We wanted something that would allow our community to follow the journey step-by-step.”
The new webpage features an interactive map that walks users through each step of the district’s facilities planning process, from building assessments and community input to site selection and funding pathways. The tool provides easy access to key data, reports, and milestones that shaped the district’s decision-making process.
The webpage provides a centralized location for community members to review the process, explore supporting materials and stay informed as the district moves forward.
