La Plata Electric Association (LPEA) is launching its final Member Satisfaction Study in a 10-year survey cycle, conducted in partnership with the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA). Beginning the week of September 15, 2025, randomly selected residential members across LPEA’s service territory will be invited to share their feedback by phone or email. This survey will help LPEA measure member satisfaction, assess service quality, and guide the development of future programs.
Participation is random and voluntary Responses will remain anonymous unless members choose to share their identity.
No marketing or sales tactics will be used, and participants will not be added to any marketing lists.
The survey will continue until enough responses are gathered across LPEA’s service territory in Southwest Colorado. It aims to assess how well LPEA is serving its members and to compare performance against other cooperatives nationwide. Feedback helps guide improvements and shape the development of new programs and services.
Surveys will be conducted by NRECA Market Research Services using a combination of email and phone outreach. A representative selection of members across all four districts will be randomly chosen to participate.
