‘Winnie the Pooh’ Coming to Thingamajig Theatre, June 18

Photo: The adored and skilled Tyler Price, returns to direct both ‘Winnie the Pooh KIDS’ for the Pagosa Peak Open School Intensive, and ‘The Music Man KIDS’ at Thingamajig’s Whatchamawhozit Kids Camp this summer.

‘Winnie the Pooh KIDS’ is a musical that will welcome you to the Hundred Acre Wood, where Winnie the Pooh is once again in search of honey. Along the way, he meets his pals, Tigger, Piglet, Rabbit and Owl, but soon discovers that Christopher Robin has been captured by the mysterious Backson!

As they prepare for a rescue operation, the animals learn about teamwork, friendship and, of course… sharing snacks.

The show will be performed by the kids at Pagosa Peak Open School who are attending a Whatchamawhozit Children’s Theatre Intensive with Thingamajig Theatre at the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts as part of their project-based learning curriculum. The Intensive is taught by the professional performers in Thingamajig’s Broadway in the Mountains Summer Season.

Winnie the Pooh KIDS is directed by the fabulous Thingamajig returner, Tyler Price, and plays at the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts on June 18 at noon and 2pm, and June 19 at 2pm and 4pm.

Tickets are only $5 and can be purchased at online for this family friendly event, here.
