Storms Deliver Epic Powder at Wolf Creek Ski Area

Wolf Creek Ski Area in Southern Colorado entered a 10-day storm cycle on December 23 and saw double digit accumulations most days during the storm. The powerful storm dropped 127 inches, making conditions extraordinary for skiers and boarders visiting during the holiday break. Guests enjoyed the replenished powder days with 100% of the mountain open and nine lifts operating servicing 1,600 acres of terrain.

The snow is settling nicely, giving us a snow depth of 124″ at the summit and 110″ at the midway. Conditions are powder and packed powder.
