I enjoyed Mr. Hudson’s comments about capitalism, and would like to direct readers to another treatise on ‘capitalism 101’ — a very interesting article wherein financier Ray Dalio distills a complex subject into terms that are understandable.
Our local elected officials (I would say leaders but that would be a misnomer) should be required to read this article in total. While local elected officials cannot print money they are very accomplished at creating debt, usually counter to the wishes of the electorate. The article is a little long but I think readers will find it well worth their time.
