Lickety Split Comedy Improv at PSCA This Saturday, May 18

Thingamajig Theatre Company and Lickety-Split Comedy present another excellent evening of live comedy this coming Saturday, May 18, at 7:30pm.

Veteran improvisers and actors Karisa Bruin and Scott Morehead, who recently were seen in Thingamajig’s Tiny Beautiful Things, began teaching improvisation classes at the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts to local adults in January. They then took to the stage to with several of the students in March to offer nonstop make-it-up-on-the-spot fun.

Combining audience suggestions and high-octane characters, Karisa and Scott lead a group of improvisers to create a memorable two-act show that will be completely made up in the moment.

Lickety-Split Improv is a comedy and improvisation group founded by Karisa and Scott, who both came up through the Chicago comedy scene and have spent the last 20+ years performing in improv and sketch theaters large and small in Chicago, New York, LA and beyond.  With training from the UCB, iO, the Second City, Magnet and Annoyance theaters, Lickety-Split brings high-level, professional comedy to Pagosa Springs.

Come and get high on the real thing: live comedy. It is a laugh-out-loud, audience participation kind of evening at the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts this Saturday May 18 at 7:30pm. Doors and bar open at 7pm.

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at www.pagosacenter.org
