It has been fun to be a part of our nation’s 250th year celebration of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Those great men and women, who were part of the formation of this great nation, were once again remembered for their vision and courage to establish a nation such as ours. They were heroes.
Today we also have heroes, who on a regular basis, donate blood for all humanity. Thinking more of others than of self, they take time from their busy schedules to provide a service to others that others cannot provide for themselves.
We invite you to join with other caring and generous friends and neighbors, in providing a blood donation, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1879 Majestic Drive, on Wednesday, September 2, from 2 to 7pm.
