The deadline to submit your application to build with Habitat for Humanity of Archuleta County in 2027 is rapidly approaching.
We are accepting applications until June 30, 2026.

Habitat Archuleta partners with workforce families in Archuleta County to break the barrier to home ownership. Local families assist in building, then purchase their homes with a mortgage they can afford.
In 2027, Habitat Archuleta will be building three all-electric modular homes, equipped with energy efficient-appliances and solar electricity. These homes are deed-restricted to ensure they remain in the community’s affordable inventory while also empowering our partner families to build generational wealth.
