The Pagosa Springs Chamber of Commerce is bringing the community together this spring with a trio of events designed to connect local businesses, spark meaningful conversation, and celebrate one of the area’s favorite traditions.
The season kicks off tomorrow, Thursday April 23, with a ‘Business Happy Hour’ from 5:00-7:00pm at Patria Pagosa, 920 San Juan St., hosted by Bank of San Juans and Patria Pagosa. This casual networking event continues to draw a strong crowd of local professionals, offering an easy and welcoming way to build relationships, share ideas, and stay connected to the local business community. Two complimentary refreshments and door prizes will be included with your $10 entry fee. Thanks again Bank of San Juans and Patria Pagosa.
The Chamber and the Pagosa Springs Community Development Center will also host its “Beyond the Bottom Line” forum on Wednesday, April 29, at the Ross Aragon Community Center at 451 Hot Springs Blvd. This event will focus on the bigger picture of doing business in Archuleta County, with discussion centered on topics such as workforce development, economic sustainability, and long-term community vitality.
Featured speakers include Pagosa’s own Melissa Lee and Matt Gordon with DOLA, who will offer insight into business ownership and the different tools that can help with efficiency. The forum begins at 9:30am, following a light breakfast at 8:30am, and advance registration is encouraged, online here.
Rounding out the lineup is the 17th annual Pagosa Springs Car Show on June 12-13, taking place at Yamaguchi Park, from 5-8pm Friday June 12, and 9am–3pm on Saturday June 13. A long-standing community favorite, the Car Show will feature a wide variety of classic cars, custom builds, and vintage vehicles. Attendees can enjoy live music by Brooks i Band and DJ JP, food vendors, and awards for standout entries. We will have a corn hole tournament and an 1/25 model car show for the first time this year!
