The Pagosa Community Initiative (PCI) is thrilled to announce the second offering of its popular Personal Financial Budgeting Workshop — an evening designed to guide you toward basic budgeting and debt-management skills, along with understanding the homeownership journey you’ve been dreaming about.
With 16 attendees at our first workshop, we’re excited to welcome another group of community members ready to take control of their financial future.
On March 12 from 5:30 to 7pm at the PCI office (550 B Hot Springs Blvd.), you’ll have the opportunity to learn directly from Carrie Blue-White, senior loan officer and board chair of PCI.
Blue-White brings trusted expertise and a genuine commitment to helping Pagosa Springs residents understand the financial steps needed to take control of their finances and understanding the path to achieving homeownership.

This beginner-friendly workshop covers the essential financial planning topics that simplify the path to buying a home.
We will begin with the basics of understanding credit, budgeting, and examine some savings and debt management tools.
Whether you’re just starting to think about homeownership or you’re ready to take the next steps, this workshop will equip you with practical knowledge and confidence.
