The Pagosa Springs Knights of Columbus begin their 30th annual Lenten Fish Fry tomorrow Friday, February 20, at the Pope John Paul II Catholic Church at 353 S. Pagosa Blvd. The fish fry event will run for six Fridays, through March 27. The meal features fish fillets, French fries, homemade coleslaw, tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. Beverages will also be included for dine-in guests.
The event will offer both drive-through and indoor dining. Hours are 4:30 to 6:30pm. The cost of the meal is $15 and is a fundraiser for the Pagosa Springs Knights of Columbus. The Knights support numerous initiatives both within our parish and within our community. In addition to providing college scholarships for graduating seniors, the Knights also support our veterans, new mothers, teens and those in need within our community.
As in past years, this event will feature longtime Pagosa connoisseurs Pete Dach and his understudy, Mark Bergon, overseeing the preparation of these delicious Lenten delicacies with their renowned secret herbs and spices. So, please stop by and enjoy a delicious meal and wonderful fellowship.
