Chris Hansen, CEO of La Plata Electric Association (LPEA), will speak to the Archuleta County Democratic Club on Monday, October 27 at their lunch meeting at Coyote Moon. Mr. Hansen will discuss the state of LPEA and the process of separating from Tri-State.
Bring your questions about anything involving your electric co-op. Are you curious about solar power, the cost of electricity or the reliability of the system? This is an opportunity to get answers.
The Archuleta County Democratic Club meets every month. The club gives local Democrats the opportunity to meet with other Democrats, to hear speakers from the community, to meet candidates for local and national offices, and to hear about topics of timely interest. All are welcome to attend.
Please plan to come by 11:30am to order lunch. The speaker will present at noon.
