‘Dancing with the Pagosa Stars’ Finale Tomorrow Features a Red Carpet Theme

The stage is set, the spotlights are ready and the cameras are rolling — because this year, Dancing with the Pagosa Stars is going out in true Hollywood style.

Tomorrow, Saturday, August 16, Seeds of Learning invites you to walk the red carpet and be part of a show unlike anything Pagosa has ever seen.

Tickets are still available at GrowingSeeds.org. Get them now before they are gone.

Dress to impress; Hollywood glamour is encouraged.

In its final year, the beloved fundraiser that has dazzled our community for seven seasons is turning up the drama with a glamorous red-carpet theme — complete with our local celebrity dancers stepping into the shoes of legendary Hollywood characters.

From silver-screen icons to modern movie magic, each performance promises unforgettable costumes, spectacular choreography and more than a little star power. “Every year we try to top the last, but this year we wanted to do something completely different,” said choreographer Kylie Ross. “We’re giving the audience a full Hollywood experience — glitz, glamour and big-screen storytelling — all while raising money for a cause that changes lives.”

The Dancing with the Pagosa Stars finale is more than just an evening of entertainment; it’s the single largest annual fundraiser for Seeds of Learning, which provides high-quality early childhood education to Pagosa’s youngest learners.

Over the years, the event has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars, ensuring that children, regardless of family income, get the strong start they deserve. Guests will enjoy a dazzling evening at the Ross Aragon Community Center, starting with a VIP-style red carpet arrival and photo ops, and a delicious dinner, followed by the high-energy dance competition where community leaders and personalities compete for the coveted Mirror Ball Trophy.

Every ticket purchased, every cheer from the crowd and every vote cast will directly benefit the children of Seeds of Learning.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of history as we roll out the red carpet for the final curtain call of Dancing with the Pagosa Stars. It’s one night only, and when the credits roll, you’ll be able to say, “I was there.
