The curtain will close at the end of August on Thingamajig Theatre Company’s 2025 Summer Season at the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts… and if you haven’t experienced these amazing productions yet, now’s your chance.
The professional repertory company has dazzled audiences all summer long with a rotating lineup of three hit productions: the outrageous and clever Something Rotten!, the roaring jazz-age drama Andrew Lippa’s The Wild Party, and the fast-paced, murderously funny A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder.
The family production of James and the Giant Peach Jr. wrapped earlier this month after sold-out performances.
Tonight, Tuesday July 29, Thingamajig presents its much-anticipated Broadway Gala, a one-night-only Fundraiser and concert featuring the entire summer company performing show-stopping numbers from Broadway favorites. Seating is extremely limited and expected to sell out. Visit pagosacenter.org to get your tickets.
Artistic Director Tim Moore urges audiences not to delay. “The beauty of live theatre is also its heartbreak. These shows are alive right now, but once we close, that exact energy, those actors, those sets… it’s gone. No ‘streaming’, no second chances.”
The season continues through August 30, and tickets are going fast. Whether you’re looking for big laughs, thrilling music, or bold storytelling, there’s still time to catch one or all of these spectacular productions.
Visit pagosacenter.org or call 970-731-SHOW (7469) for tickets and details.
