Thank you for to Mr. Hudson for his coverage of Development Director Pamela Flowers’ resignation.
In Part Two, she is quoted as alleging corruption within our Board of County Commissioners. I consider this a serious allegation requiring evidential support.
Even though I frequently disagree with our Commissioners’ decisions, I think that Ms. Flowers needs to back up her statement or retract it.
Thank you for your service to Pagosa Country.

EDITOR’S NOTE: The Daily Post is sharing the resignation letter sent to the Commissioners by Ms. Flowers. The letter is a public document, but we need to be clear that it was address to the Commissioners and was not addressed to those of us in the general public. Presumably, the Commissioners understood what Ms. Flowers meant in her letter when she used the word “corruption”… and did not need clarification.
The Daily Post hopes to shed additional light on the serious allegations in future editorials, for the benefit of the general public.
