GGP to Show Film ‘Common Ground’ for Annual Fundraiser, April 22

Please join the Geothermal Greenhouse Partnership (GGP) for our annual spring Environmental Film Fundraiser on Tuesday, April 22, from 6-9pm at the Liberty Theater. We’ll be honoring this year’s Earth Day with a live screening of the film, Common Ground, a sequel to Kiss the Ground, which grabbed audience’s attention with regenerative agriculture solutions to combat the climate crisis.

As part of a “Global Watch Party”, we will be watching the initial streaming of the film along with millions of people worldwide. Tickets are $25 (children under 13 go for free) and can be purchased either at the door on the day of or in advance at our website. With the purchase of a ticket, attendees will be eligible for door prizes from local businesses.

The event will kick off with a short piece by local filmmaker, Darryl Saffer, entitled Pagosa is My Name.

The GGP is a 501c3 non-profit organization, whose mission is to educate the community in sustainable agricultural practices by producing food year-round using local renewable energy. To learn more about the GGP or secure tickets, visit our website at pagosagreen.org.
