Comedy Improv at PSCA This Saturday, April 20

Thingamajig Theatre Company and Lickety-Split Comedy present another excellent evening of live comedy this coming Saturday, April 20, at 7:30pm.

Veteran improvisers and actors Karisa Bruin and Scott Morehead, who recently were seen in Thingamajig’s Tiny Beautiful Things, began teaching improvisation classes at the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts to local adults in January. They then took to the stage to with several of the students in March to offer nonstop make-it-up-on-the-spot fun.

April 20 will mark their second show and be sure to save the date for the May 18 show.

Combining audience suggestions and high-octane characters, Karisa and Scott lead a group of improvisers to create a memorable two-act show that will be completely made up in the moment.

Among the performers joining them will be Anna Hershey, talented local actress who appeared with Scott and Karisa in this winter’s moving production of Tiny Beautiful Things. Anna played with the Lickety-Split duo in March to a nearly sold out crowd. For the April show, Karissa and Scott are thrilled to announce that they will also be joined onstage by Tim Moore, Artistic Director and co-founder of Thingamajig Theatre Company.

Come and get high on the real thing: live comedy. It is a laugh-out-loud, audience participation kind of evening at the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts this Saturday April 20 at 7:30pm. Doors and bar open at 7pm.

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at www.pagosacenter.org
