Habitat Archuleta will be hosting our first ever 15 Homes in 5k Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, May 18, and we want you there!
This event will kick off Year 3 of our 5-year plan to build 15 homes for workforce families in Archuleta County. Get your heart rate up after a long winter and learn more about how Habitat Archuleta supports workforce homeownership in the community.

Calling all businesses and organizations
We’re looking for folks like you to “Sponsor a Kilometer”. For BRONZE sponsorships of $50, you’ll get your information in the goodie bags that each participant receives. For SILVER sponsorships of $100, we’ll put your info in the goodie bag and your company’s name and logo will featured on a sign on the course. For GOLD sponsorships of $200 or more, you’ll be exclusively featured on a sign on the course, in addition to special shoutouts on our social media and newspaper.
Race Info
Each person must register to participate in the 5k. Online registration closes at noon on May 17. You can register on event morning from 9:15-9:45 am. Numbered bibs will be given to each participant and can be picked-up with your goodie bag on event morning between 9:15 and 9:45 am. All proceeds from the event will go toward building materials for our 2024 build season and lunches for 2024 volunteers.

The start and finish line will be at Vista Lake with overflow parking available along the west side of Lake St. Please be sure to arrive early to ensure you get parking.
