The annual Town Council Strategic Planning Retreat is an opportunity for Town Council to discuss long-term, strategic priorities for the community. The retreat will include budget discussions, project prioritization, team exercises, and more. The meetings each day will be held at the Springs Resort & Spa from 12 noon until 5pm.

The information discussed at the retreat serves as a guide for Town staff and their work for the coming year and beyond. It also helps inform how the annual budget and capital plan are developed for the coming year.
