Habitat Archuleta Invites Your Participation This Summer

By Lori Henricksen

Have you been Over Wolf Creek Pass, lately?

And what does that have to do with Habitat??

Well… if you’ve been over the pass in the last week or so… and saw a crane alongside the road… that’s the crane that will be placing our homes on the foundations. Unfortunately, the transmission went out and they are waiting for parts to repair it. If all goes well, the estimated schedule for it to be repaired and at our site to crane the home modules is July 17.

In the meantime, we still have garages to build and some repair/warranty work to complete. If you can join us for that, it would be appreciated. We are looking forward to the next invitation to send out, with confirmed dates of our “Crane Day” (for all three of our 2023 homes.)

We hope you’ll be able to join us on the site soon.

Our workdays are Tuesday – Saturday, 8am – 2:30pm

Site Locations:
403 Sam Houston
439 Sam Houston
77 Ranger Park

Thanks for all you do for Habitat! Learn more about us, at our website.
