Town Invites Reports of Potholes, Trash, Other Nuisances

Pagosa Springs residents and visitors can help keep our town safe, accessible, and looking its best – right from their phone or computer.

Folks can report non-emergency public works or park issues or concerns with iWorQ, the Town’s online service request portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Submit issues related to:

  • Potholes
  • Icy or damaged sidewalks
  • Graffiti
  • Missing or damaged street signs
  • Traffic light outages
  • Park or tree maintenance
  • Cemetery concerns
  • Drainage issues
  • Weeds
  • Trash
  • And more…

Submit a service request through the Town’s iWorQ system, here.

You can also download iWorQ from the Apple App Store or Google Play.  Use our agency code: pagspr

Submit your contact information, a brief description of your concern, and the address or cross streets where the issue is located. Town staff will respond to submitted reports Monday through Friday during business hours.

Review the iWorQ dashboard to track previously-submitted issues or your own request.

If you have additional questions, contact Debbie Allen at dallen@pagosasprings.co.gov or 970-264-4151 x400.
