Deadline Extended for Southwest Colorado Small Business Conference

After 10 successful years hosting the Colorado SBDC Women’s Small Business Conference, the Southwest Colorado Small Business Development Center is partnering with the Fort Lewis College Center for Innovation to offer the Southwest Colorado Small Business Conference.

We want to welcome all entrepreneurs to join us as attendees, exhibitors, or presenters.

The conference is themed “Learn, Adapt, Evolve and Thrive” and will take place on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at the Sky Ute Casino Event Center in Ignacio, CO. We are asking you to submit a short proposal of a session you would like to present at the Conference this year. Our goal is to have hands-on, interactive sessions where attendees can leave with actionable items to start working on strengthening and growing their business.

Please identify how your proposed breakout session will address the conference theme. We plan on having approximately sixteen (16) fifty minute breakout sessions with four (4) sessions running concurrently. Please note that this is on a volunteer basis as we can not pay our presenters for this event. The only compensation is a ticket to the event. The deadline to submit a proposal has been extended to Friday, February 10.

We appreciate your support in helping us identify excellent speakers and session topics for the Conference. Let’s make the 11th Annual Southwest Colorado Small Business Conference the best ever!
