‘Energy Outreach Colorado’ Receives 4-Star Rating

Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC) has been named one of the Top 10 charities who have received the most consecutive 4-Star ratings from Charity Navigator as demonstrated through strong financial health and commitment to accountability and transparency.

EOC has earned this important recognition for 21 years in a row.

EOC’s exceptional finance score is a result of its very high Program Expense Ratio, which measures how much of a nonprofit’s funding is used on programs and services. On average, 94.6% directly impacts our participants lives. In addition, EOC received a perfect score of 100 on Accountability and Transparency demonstrating their superb commitment to governance and policies.

This recognition is Charity Navigator’s highest rating and acknowledges that this organization adheres to sector best practices and executes its mission in a financially efficient way.
