Happy Healthy Holidays…
This is Dr. Dean and Amanda Sanna, from Hotsprings Healers Wellness Clinic here in Pagosa. Amanda and I are offering a cooking class at the brand new Natural Grocers store here in Pagosa tomorrow, Thursday December 19. The class is called Cooking with Comedians and we look forward to sharing our love for healthy cooking and comedy — two topics we are very passionate about.
The cooking class will cover how to make three great winter foods and treats that are sweet and healthy to eat. Along with health, we’ll offer humor and cooking tips from the Sanna Family. Dr. Dean and Amanda focus on simple delicious and nutritious meals. The cooking event starts promptly at 5:30pm at the new Natural Grocers Store, in the downtown TBK Bank mall across from the Library tomorrow, Thursday, December 19.
Dr Dean and Amanda come from cooking families. Dean’s father invented Sanalac and Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate for the family business Sanna Dairies. Both his parents were gourmet chiefs and owed restaurants. Together Amanda and Dr. Dean have 55 years of clinical experience along with decades of experience cooking healthy nutritious meals. This should be a very entertaining as well as an informative cooking show.

- “Nutty Date Treats” so scrumptious. This delicious simple raw desert is dairy, egg and gluten free.
