I have been enjoying Mr. Hudson editorials regarding the Town as a housing provider.
His statement — “But we are essentially destroying the town we fell in love with, by requiring it to become upper-middle-class” — brought to mind the closing line of the Don Henley/Glenn Frey song The Last Resort:
Call someplace paradise, kiss it goodbye.
Some of us might be well served by listening to the song and thinking about its message. The song and its lyrics are easy to find online.
