Wolf Creek Ski Area (WCSA) is in the process of planning for the 2020-2021 ski season in light of the current COVID-19 pandemic. We hope that this problem will have resolved itself by next year, but the responsible course of action is to plan in advance and also be ready to adapt to changing circumstances. Wolf Creek is a family-owned ski area in business since 1939 and we consider ourselves a part of the community.
To learn more about how the recreational community is feeling, we’ve posted a survey. Please click on the survey link here, to provide us with your feedback. We appreciate your input!
Besides providing a unique mountain experience, WCSA is one of the largest employers in the local vicinity and generates a significant positive regional economic impact from skier visitation. This survey presents early ideas on maintaining safety during next year’s ski season and is a means to obtain input from skiers, community leaders/agency representatives, businesses, and the public on plan alternatives and acceptable measures to reduce the risks of COVID-19. The survey should take about 10 minutes and all responses will remain anonymous and be presented in aggregate form only.
As the COVID-19 pandemic becomes resolved in hopefully the somewhat near future, Wolf Creek Ski Area will go back to its normal operations and proceed to provide the great services that it has built its reputation on.
Wolf Creek would like to thank all of our guests, season passholders and employees for their patience and understanding during the COVID-19 closure. Wolf Creek is working diligently to put safeguards in place that should allow for a great season in 2020-2021!
