Archuleta County is asking residents and property owners impacted by the recent flooding to report damage through Crisis Track.
If your home, business, or property sustained damage during the flooding, please submit a damage report.
These reports help emergency management officials document the extent of the damage throughout Archuleta County and identify impacted areas. Your report helps officials assess the impact of flooding and identify potential resources for recovery.
Even if you have already reported damage to another agency, residents are encouraged to complete the Crisis Track report to help ensure damage is documented.
Please don’t submit multiple reports. If you have changes to your assessment, please modify your report.
By detailing property damage and immediate needs in this self-reporting portal, you assist local officials in determining the full extent of flood impacts across our community.
Important: Submitting information through this portal helps guide recovery planning but is not an application for personal financial aid.
Thank you for helping Archuleta County document the impacts of this flooding as we continue moving into recovery.
