Latest Storm Brings 8 Inches of Snow at Wolf Creek Ski Area

The latest storm cycle brought a total of 8″ of new snow.

The midway snow depth is 37 inches. The year-to-date snowfall total is 81 inches.

Snow conditions are Powder/Packed Powder. Expect some unmarked obstacles. Overall skiing/boarding conditions are good!

Ladies!  Today, Monday, January 12 is a “Ms. Mondays Clinic”, geared for C ability levels and up (wedge turns on green terrain/heel and toe slide on green terrain)!  A 2-hour morning session with a female instructor is paired with an all-mountain lift ticket for $118 ($99 for seniors).  Pre-Purchase your clinic at shop.WolfCreekSki.com.

Saturday, January 17, the Pagosa Nordic Club will return to Wolf Creek with the BB Gun Biathlon. The race encourages costumes for participants and is great fun for everyone. All ages are welcome. Details and registration is available at PagosaNordic.com.

Wolf Creek has 100% of terrain open & all lifts operating from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The Meadow and Spur Loop Nordic trails are open.  They were groomed and track set on January 9.
