I am sitting here shaking my head. I just read Part III of the Daily Post editorial series pertaining to the proposed Pagosa West development.
Am I surprised at the decision to approve the conceptual plan based upon a seemingly laughable “Sketch Plan”? Sadly, I am not.
Can’t wait for Part IV of the editorial series.
I hope Mr. Hudson plans to ask the Planning Commission members individually how they could approve a “Sketch Plan” lacking required information.
