It’s time to put your skills to the test at the 2025 Grillin’ & Distillin’ event, happening Saturday, August 23, 2025 in downtown Pagosa Springs…
Join us for Grillin’ & Distillin’ at the Archuleta County Fairgrounds for Pagosa’s first barbecue competition and whiskey-tasting event. There will be categories for commercial cooks and backyard bbq’ers, live music, food trucks, a beer and wine tent, and more.
We’re looking for local backyard grillers and passionate pitmasters, ready to throw down for bragging rights, prizes, and a whole lot of community fun.
Entry is FREE for backyard bbq’ers and very small for Masters. You bring the heat, the smoke, and your best BBQ game. You can enter here, with a printable or online application.
