The holidays are upon us, and Colorado State University (CSU) Extension is excited to celebrate the snowy season with our community. We are offering holiday-themed programs and we have resources to prepare you for the winter season.
Cindi Galabota and Judy Brennan (adult and teen services coordinator with the Ruby Sisson Library) are thrilled to join forces to offer a free tree and wreath-making workshop on December 6 at 10am at the 4-H Hall, located at the Fairgrounds.
You will learn about the natural history of trees around the world and those that call Colorado home. Then, you will make your very own wreath or centerpiece that you can display throughout the winter. You may also learn a thing or two about the history of wreath making in many cultures.
Class size is limited and filling up quickly. Please call the Ruby Sisson Library at (970) 264-2209 to register today.
