Natural Grocers, known as the nation’s ‘Organic Month Headquarters’, is proud to raise awareness of Organic Month with sales on organic products, community education, fundraising efforts with Rodale Institute, and much more.
Customers can learn more about the organic food movement and save big while trying new organic recipes, 100% organic produce and other organic offerings throughout their local store.
“Organic has been at the heart of Natural Grocers since day one,” said Raquel Isely, vice president of marketing. “We advocated for organic agriculture long before it was officially regulated by the USDA, because nourishing people and protecting the planet were never trends — they were (and still are) our values. That’s why we carry only 100% organic produce in our stores. When you buy your produce from us, you’re saying no to synthetic pesticides, genetically modified (bioengineered) organisms (GMOs), polluted waterways and dying soils.
“Organic Month is one of our favorite times of the year because it brings together two things we care deeply about: quality and accessibility. We love showing that organic products aren’t just friendlier for people, animals and the planet — they can also be budget-friendly. ”
