Six inches of fresh powder fell in the southern San Juan Mountains at Wolf Creek Ski Area. The fast-paced storm broke the dry weather pattern and will hopefully be one of a few upcoming storms in the forecast. The fresh snow refreshed the slopes for the skiers and boarders looking to enjoy the holiday weekend…

Alberta, Charity Jane, Treasure Stoke, Bonanza, Elma, Raven, Nova, Lynx and Magic Carpet Lifts are operating from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Skiers and boarders have access to 100% of the mountain.
Lift tickets are only available for purchase in-person at the Ticket Office. Ticket sales are not limited. Lift tickets are not available for purchase online or over the phone.
Group Lessons for all ages are available for pre-purchase online. Group Lesson reservations made online must be purchased more than 2 days in advance of the lesson date.
Private Lessons are also available to all ages and ability levels. Private Lessons can be reserved by calling 970-264-5835.
The Wolf Creek Lodge, Prospector Grill, Pathfinder Bar, and Base Camp are all open today. Raven’s Nest is open Friday through Tuesday. The restrooms and warming area below Raven’s Nest are open 7 days a week.
The Continental Espresso Bar is closed until further notice.

Overnight parking in the Overflow Lot is permitted to ski area guests only, who are recreating on Wolf Creek Ski Area’s special use permit, i.e. ski area boundary, as well as participants of the Pass Creek Yurt.
