Halsey Berryman, Roadrunner, Digital Print, 2024.

Halsey is a freelance illustrator who playfully comments on social and political issues through her digital illustrations. With a background in painting and a Fine Arts degree from Corcoran College of Art and Design, Halsey pushes her digital body of work to resemble that of traditional mediums.

She uses her position as a successful illustrator to create aesthetically beautiful pieces that communicate larger ideas while maintaining connections with corporate and individual clients.

Halsey Berryman, Mallard, Digital Print, 2024

In this body of work, she focuses on anthropo-morphizing birds to symbolize the grotesque behavior of humans. Using her artistic agency, Halsey employs maximalist strategies to enhance her imagery with vibrant colors and enticing compositions. Her level of detail and technical skill allow her work to be appreciated by artists and onlookers alike.

We welcome Halsey to present her first-ever gallery exhibition here at Fort Lewis College,
1000 Rim Drive, Durango,

Gallery Hours: 10:00am – 4:00pm, Monday – Thursday.
