We all know people who cannot pay medical bills, or who delay or avoid treatment because of the cost of medical treatment. Even people with health insurance face high deductibles and co-pays. We know that our country spends more than any other developed country and yet gets worse outcomes than other developed countries.
The Archuleta County Democratic Club will be meet at 11:30am today, Monday, June 24 at Coyote Moon. The speaker will be Guinn Unger of the Colorado Health Care Coalition. Come hear Mr. Unger speak about the problems and possible solutions to our healthcare crisis.
All are welcome to attend. Please plan on arriving by 11:30 to order lunch.
