Wayne Hooper is running for County Commissioner District 1.
Archuleta County Clerk and Recorder Kristy Archuleta announced on Tuesday, July 30, that Wayne had collected a sufficient number of signatures to successfully petition to run as an unaffiliated candidate for Archuleta County Commissioner for District 1.
Come by and meet Wayne Sunday, September 29 from noon until 3:00pm at ‘The Buck Stops Here’. Look for the tents and tables and music at the corner of Navajo Drive and N Pagosa Blvd, north of the Marathon Station.
Find out why Archuleta County needs fresh leadership on our Board of County Commissioners. Get to know Wayne, while enjoying an outdoor picnic. There will be food, drink, and dessert. Bring your questions and concerns to share, so Wayne can represent us well.
Then pick up some goodies from our bake sale: homemade bread, cookies, cakes and more!
