Vendors Invited to 2nd Annual Health Fair & Expo

The 2nd annual Health Fair and Expo will be held on Saturday, October 19 at Pagosa Springs High School from about 8am to 1pm.

This event is important on so many levels for people in our community. A component of the fair will be the ability to get your blood drawn and have a variety of tests performed at extremely reasonable rates. Regardless if you have insurance or not, you may want to take advantage of this special pricing for a range of tests. Another facet of the Health Fair will be the ability to meet with health care providers, find out about insurance options, and receive other services such as hearing tests, STD testing or other exams.

Vendors from the Farmer’s Market will also be on hand.

There will be a lunch with a keynote speaker which was a hit last year! Since it is a health fair, one of the important components is to find out more about healthy products, classes, or services that can aid you in looking and feeling better. Therefore, if your business is health related and you would like to be a part of the Health Fair this year, please contact Mary Jo at the Chamber at (970) 264-2360 or director@pagosachamber.com.

We are interested in vendors that have beauty or health related products, services such as massage, chiropractic, exercise, or business services such insurance, health or life-style coaching or the like. The spaces are limited, so please contact Mary Jo early. The cost to participate is $25 and if you would like to attend the lunch, $35.

Help get the word out about your business on a local level by attending this important event. As a business owner, please try and accommodate those interested in attending the Health Fair and spread the word to your employees about the various options that will be available, especially blood draws and health insurance options.

There will also be a Spanish-speaking component to the Health Fair, so please reach out to our Spanish community for more information.

More information about products, services, classes and testing will be forthcoming soon.
