TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and particularly to the property owners and residents within Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District (PAWSD) of Archuleta County, Colorado.
The District has an open seat on the Board of Directors for the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District. Letters of Interest for the open seat may be submitted until August 28, 2024.
To be considered, you must own property or reside within the boundaries of the District and be an active registered voter in Colorado.
PAWSD is governed by a five member Board of Directors who must be electors of the District as defined by state law and are elected to overlapping four year terms of office at successive biennial elections. Vacancies on the Board are filled by appointment of the remaining directors, the appointee to serve until the next regular election, at which time the vacancy is filled by election for any remaining unexpired portion of the term.
