EsoTerra crafts a premium, internationally award winning hard cider, from the historic orchards and heritage apples of Colorado’s Southwest. Elizabeth utilizes her eclectic background as a policy advisor, horticulturist, architect and designer to influence every aspect of cider’s rapidly growing industry. EsoTerra is noted for being an ‘oversized influencer’ in the burgeoning hard cider industry and has every plan to continue making waves. Since breaking ground in 2019, EsoTerra has expanded to two locations in Southwest Colorado and can be purchased across the country.

Lunch Keynote Address: Ed Killeen

Jessie and Ed Kileen started Grassburger in Durango, Colorado in July 2014. They came to the restaurant business with a burning desire to create a new kind of burger concept. They were inspired by their children’s dietary restrictions through food allergies and wanted to create a restaurant brand where you could eat safely, feel welcome, and enjoy great food!

The next stage for Grassburger is to responsibly grow through intentional strategies designed to retain what makes it special and unique, while bringing the brand forward into new markets.
