Pagosa community members:
The Town of Pagosa Springs invites you provide your input at an open house on Wednesday, October 6 between 4-6pm, at the Ross Aragon Community Center located at 451 Hot Springs Blvd regarding our East End Multi-Modal Master Planning Project. The East End Area project is along the Highway 160 corridor between 1st street east though the Highway 84 intersection.
We want to hear your ideas and input on how we can improve: safe bike and pedestrian connectivity; access and parking for parks, the river and businesses; traffic flow; and more. Please mark your calendars and join us at the open house and then stay engaged and informed on MyPagosa.org.
The Town is also seeking letters of interest from Town residents to fill an open alternate member seat on the Planning Commission. These letters of interest will be accepted for consideration until October 30, 2021. You may read more about that here.
On September 7, 2021, Town Council approved Ordinance 958 which placed limitations on short-term/vacation rentals. You may read more about these limitations and what they might mean for you here.
