Colorado Solar Association Seeking Award Nominations

The Colorado Solar Energy Industries Association (COSEIA) is searching for renewable energy innovators to honor at the first annual Solar and Energy Storage Awards Reception to be held at the 2018 Solar Power Mountain West conference.

We are seeking nominees of projects, people, and innovation that exemplify the spirit of the Colorado clean energy movement. It’s easy and free to nominate using our online form, which is available here.

Solar Project Categories:
Awarded to the residential, utility, municipal/institutional, or commercial or industrial solar PV project that, either through high visibility, meaningful stakeholder engagement or innovative features, has helped the solar PV industry become mainstream. Categories for projects:

  1. less than 10 kW
  2. 11 kW – 99 kW
  3. 100 kW – 1 MW
  4. more than 1 MW

Solar Connector Innovation Category:
Comprehensive approaches to solar energy management comes in many forms. This
category will recognize the innovative efforts of the marketplace to streamline access and integrate renewable energy into more areas of our lives. COSEIA encourages you to submit a nomination that you think best represents innovation in solar energy management.

We will give one or more innovation awards for submissions, including these examples:

  • Energy storage
  • Electric Vehicle Service Equipment (EVSE)
  • Monitoring software
  • Solar products or equipment
  • Solar developer

Nominations will be received through February 2, 2018. Additionally, we need 2-3 project photos submitted with a subject line describing the project, to solarpower@coseia.org. These will be used in a slideshow at the event.
