Pagosa’s Holiday Shopping Kicks Off Nov. 30
Get your calendars out for a busy kick-off to the holiday season.
Pagosa’s shop local program — the 12th Annual Parade of Stores — will be held from November 30 to December 3. Enjoy great deals and discounts at over 25 stores throughout the community.
New this year to the program is the “Selfie” Contest. Check out Facebook or #PSParadeofStores to find out which stores are offering special deals. This hash-tag is also where you will be posting your “selfie” pictures to be entered into the shopping spree prize giveaway. In addition, for every $10 you spend you will be entered into several shopping spree giveaways.
Also, for every purchase you make (one per store), you will also be given a restaurant coupon page with discounts to participating eateries throughout most of December. So shopping local has numerous benefits, the best being the unique gifts and great deals that will be offered that weekend.
Shoppers can pick up their shopping pamphlets that will give a list of the participating stores and directions for the “selfie” contest at any of the participating stores or the Visitor Center. Look for the tinsel trees with “Parade of Stores Participant” and the red and green balloons outside participating stores. Enjoy time with your friends or family, post through the “selfies” the items you are wishing for, and reap the rewards of shopping local.
